2023 TCSA Football Application Now Available

Our Flag football program is open to children in grades K – 2, the Junior League football program is open to children in grades 3 – 4, and our Little League football program is open to children in grades 5 – 6. All of our programs are available to all children of the TriCounty area through multiple registration dates throughout the year. We have provided the necessary applications and forms necessary for signup. Please download, print and complete the application form, then return the completed form to us.

Our developmental sports programs will teach sports fundamentals, good sportsmanship, character, discipline, competitiveness, and teamwork in a positive, caring and safe environment. Participants will have an equal opportunity to learn and compete while knowledgeable volunteers will promote the philosophies and principles of community and fair play. Participants are taught that through good sportsmanship and fair play, competitive game play can occur while providing a fun, learning experience.

TCSA Football League Registration Application

All online registration prices include a $2.50 convenience fee.

Terms & Conditions

  • I/We the parents/guardians of the above named candidate for a position in the Tri County Sports Authority Football Program (TCSA-FB) hereby give my/our consent and approval to participate in any and all League activities, including transportation to/from League activities if needed.
  • I/We agree to pay a $35.00 return check fee should I/We write a bad check to the TCSA. All payments shall be settled prior to the first game.
  • I/We will take responsibility for maintaining and returning equipment supplied to me/my child by the TCSA in a timely manner. Should my child quit or my child's participation in League activities terminate otherwise, I will retum the equipment to the coach during the next practice in good and clean condition. At the end of the season, I will return the equipment in good and clean condition to my child's coach within one week of the end of the season should I miss the scheduled turn in dates. Failure to turn in equipment in good and clean condition will obligate me/us to purchase replacement equipment at the TCSA's discretion.
  • I/We know and understand that participation in the TCSA may result in serious injurious and/or death and protective equipment does not prevent all injuries to players. I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the TCSA, TCSA Officers and Volunteers, Corbin Recreation Department, Corbin Board of Education, Organizers, Sponsors, Coaches, City of Corbin, Participants, and Persons Transporting my/our child to and from activities from any claim or liabilities arising out of injury or death to my/our child, whether the result of negligence and for any other cause except to the extent and in the amount covered by accident of Liability Insurance.
  • I/We will observe and abide by the TCSA Code of Ethics which can be found at https://tricountysportsauthority.com/football/ or provided to you upon request.
  • Failure to acknowledge if the participant has an allergy or physical limitation is an assertion that there are none. Parents shall communicate in writing with coaches and league officials if there are any special directions or treatments necessaiy regarding a participant's heath while at practice or games.
  • PHYSICALS: Players participating in Junior League and Little League are required to submit a physical to the league before they can check out equipment. You may submit a copy to the league. We would advise that you keep a copy for other Fall or Spring sports. The TCSA will not return copies to parents and will not forward for other sports.
  • FEES: All fees must be paid in full prior to the first game. There is a $20 fee for Late Registration (after July 31, 2023) if taken from waiting list.
  • By submitting this application for registration, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed herein.
